Refund policy

Refund/Return Policy: 

No returns or refunds on Turn 'Em & Burn 'Em Tickets.

No returns or refunds. All sales are final. All products are made custom for you based on your order. We do not stock inventory.  Once an order is placed the entries for the giveaway are automatically submitted. No refunds will be issued following the completion of a giveaway campaign. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please send an email to returns@dieselrcorp.com with your Order # and a photo of the defective / wrong product.

 

 *Critical Information To Understand*

Unless the item or items you ordered are defective, eligible purchases made within a period of an active giveaway are non-refundable if returned following the completion of one of our giveaways.  After the promotional sweepstakes period has ended, you may contact us about returning an item or items, and if eligible for a return, you may choose a comparable item of equal value or request a store credit. Since your purchases earn you entries to win a vehicle during a giveaway (and we cant return your order once giveaway has ended) we have to enforce this policy.
